I had unprotected sexual intercourse with a girl 2-3 months ago. This was for the first time I didn't use protection. I am feared I have got HIV. I am getting sores in my mouth 4 5 sores, feels like a thin short line by sores in mouth. Under tongue, near gums. I am feared of telling this to anybody even my family. How many chances are there for me to be HIV positive? Kindly help! I live in Chandigarh.
