How can measure penis in inch tape. Have 12 cm it mean 4.7 inches in tempering condition sometimes it varies 4.5 to 5 inches. measuring from middle side, exactly from edge to edge (4.5-5.0 inches) measuring from right side from edge to edge (it nears 5.7-6.0 inches) *measuring from left side from edge to edge (it's more than 5.0 inches). As I'm an Indian whether my penis size is an average or sufficient or smaller?
