Good morning doctor My 8 year old son suffered with high fever/headache from last 2 days due to cold and nose block Infection. Giving ibugesic plus in 8 hours ago and solo 250 4 hours ago if required. Please suggest whether we can start antibiotic for cure infection and if yes then recommend the same.
