Hello sir I am. Taking MDR tb medicine from. Last 3 months my TB back. Again.after 1 year I am taking cycloserine 500 mg ethambutol 800 mg pyrazinamide 1500 mg levofloxacin 500 mg ethionamide 500 ml cycloserine 500 mg kanamycin 750 ml daily I am both refamcin and isonazide resistance I want to know is this conventional 24 month course or new 12 month short regimen treatment I consult another doctor who. Is saying this is long time course.

Both are effective. But short course have bedaquiline for which you have to visit a govt. Set up.
