I am 30 year old female. I am having hair loss problem. I have undergone stem cell therapy and prp. It really worked well for me. I got dense hair growth after few months but hair loss hasn't stopped. Again after one year hair are thinning. I have dandruff problem also. Tried selsun shampoo and ketoconazole but it didn't work for me. How can I stop hair loss. I am about to get married in the coming march.

Hi lybrate-user, Hair loss is due to many reasons like stress, nutritional deficiency, lack of sleep, history of autoimmune disorder in family, use of wrong products for you hair, lack of proper care, tightly tying your hair etc. Stem cell therapy and PRP are great treatments but they are to be maintained because the cause of hairloss is still not determined. Dandruff can also be due to hyperactivity of cells only shampoos will not help. I would suggest to visit some dermatologist and get the proper treatment.
