No itraconazole or itaspor is for fungal infection. Psoriasis is autoimmune disease. In allopathy mostly steroids are given for psoriasis. With steroids none of disease gets cured instead of after long use it gives side effects. If want permanent cure from psoriasis go for homeopathy. You need single constitutional medicine which will be given after taking your detailed history & need to find the cause of the disease. I must say go for Homoeoapthy.
