I am 19 years old. And my usg report said "polycystic changes" .bilateral polycystic overy" please suggest me so diet plan and some advice.

If USG report only shows polycystic changes without any menstrual irregularities, you need not worry. However you should exercise well and maintain a normal weight. Avoid excess carbohydrates, take a protein rich diet and curtail your sugar intake.
