Hello, I have aplastic anemia, it's been almost 2 months since I got diagnosed, no treatment yet, and I would like to know if mine's severe or not, and what treatment should I take, cause doctors haven't decided yet, the last blood test I did showed that my red blood cell count is at 2.3 my white blood cell count 1.99 and my platelets 21.000, although I must say at one point my platelets were 19.000, I have only been getting blood transfusions. Thank you for answering.

You have severe aplastic anemia It is not very severe yet As your are younger than 40, bone marrow transplant is treatment of choice Next best is ATG.

Need to do bone marrow test and also find if this is constitutional bone marrow failure. Severity depends on CBC and marrow report. If this is aplastic Anemia don't wait to start the therapy.
