lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. Both fasting and after food glucose levels are too high, suggesting totally uncontrolled diabetes. Pleas check HbA1c%, that will give a clear idea about how bad is the situation. There is urgent need for starting immediate treatment with appropriate drugs, plus diet control and regular exercise. Another important aspect is that with a BMI of 36.6 kgs /Sq meter (Normal < 23 kgs/CSq meter) you are in the grade 2 obesity. There is an excess of 31 kgs. That is a clear invitation for diabetes and hypertension. SO please consult a diabetologist locally and initiate the treatment. Or if you are looking for online help, please come back with following details in a private conversation (paid consultation: current fasting & PP glucose, HbA1c%, serum creatinine level, lipid profile, present diet pattern, and daily physical activity or exercise, then I will be able to give specific guidance and even prescribe necessary medicines. In this communication we are supposed to provide only general guidelines, no drugs can be prescribed. The choice is yours. But please do not delay, urgent treatment is needed. Thanks.
