Dear lybrate-user, Dandruff can be very embarrassing and almost everyone would have experienced it atleast once in their lifetimes. However, it is a treatable condition. A good balanced diet, drinking atleast 2 litres of water per day, washing hair with lukewarm water (? Not hot water) and using a medicated shampoo help tremendously. I would suggest you visit a doctor near you who can assess the severity of the dandruff and prescribe adequate treatment to you.
