Hi, I had my follicular study. There were two eggs on rt. Ovary nd one on left. One eggfrom rt. Ovary ruptured on 15th day. My gyne gave me HCG 10000. But the other one is still growing nd is of 20 mm now nd endometrium is 10.6.she also advised me to take duphaston from day 18 of my cycle i.e today .I have taken one tablet. What should I do now. Wait for second egg to ruptured or continue dephston.

Second egg mostly will not ruptured. We give medication when one egg is mature. Because if we wait for another to mature the first one will rupture and after that progesterone starts increasing and endometrium changes so after second egg rupture endometrium is out of phase for pregnancy. It's difficult to understand but whatever your doctor is doing is correct.
