I have a large ulcer where my tonsil would be and it?s causing me so much pain even during the night. I have numbing mouthwash and spray and ibuprofen. I?ve now noticed that it?s coated in a gooey white layer. Is this healing or infected? I?ve also got small frequent dizzy spells and headaches in the past few days but I?m unsure if this is related.
