My 6 month old son was vaccinated with smallpox vaccine during birth on his arm. But after 6 months ,vaccinated area has pus formed and now it looks like a fresh wound with pus released partially. He is not having fever and is active. Do I need to see a pediatrician to heal the pus or will it heal itself?

That is Reaction to BCG vaccination. For which no need to worry. It shall happen to all kids who are vaccinated against TB by BCG vaccine. However it shall heal after spontaneous rupture by giving little scar. Which is nornal process. If deviates from this then obviously show to your pediatrician.
