Hi, There is a cyst-like formation on the base of my penis - above the scrotum and almost at the place where the leg and the base of the penis meet. Its like a small stone. It has the color of my skin and you can not tell it is there unless you touch it. It is maybe 1 cm wide and around 5 millimeters thick. I popped it once and puss and blood came out of it. I'm really worried because first: im not really sexually active and I have used protection in both of my sexual interactions. A different thing appeared before near my anus, it got filled with puss from time to time and went away on its own. That was before I had ANY sexual contact with anyone (even kissing). Im really worried. What could it be?
