Can anyone suggest differentials for right lower quadrant abdominal pain+ mild referred pain to right thigh+ with lab findings of iron deficiency anemia + usg findings as enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes (2x1. 5 cm), bilateral pcos morphology, left ovary endometriosis cyst + anterior intramural uterine fibroid. Appendix normal. ALSO note that patient does not have any weight loss and fever at present. Infact Weight gain is present (10 kg in 8 months). Regular bowel and bladder with occasional burning defecation on consuming high protein/ fat diet. Please suggest differentials. Thank you.
