I smoked cannabis for the first time a couple of weeks ago and got high and I was very scared as it was my first time. Now a couple weeks later I am very regretful of doing it and every time I have an ache or pain I begin to feel anxious and hope that it's not a cause from cannabis.

If cannabis is not agreeable to your constitution (as is in your case), then it is likely to causes a lot of effects like you describe. This will last a brief time and then it will fade off. But do not indulge in or ever try cannabis in the future. If the worrying persists, it means that you may need some counselling help and that can get you out of this state.

Dear Humza, Cannabis, though stored in liver, it does not cause aches and pains after 2 weeks. It is the guilt in you that causes aches and pains. It does not matter, if you have experimented with cannabis. You will not become dependent on it if you regret. Try and confess to your family member and promise him/her not to repeat it again. Probably your guilt will be less.
