Hello doctor, I am 28 years old, few year ago I met an accident since then I am suffering for right nostril blockage at mostly at night. I have consulted doctor regarding this, suggested to get operated. Due to some reason I am not able to get operated. The confusion is that to get the blockage clear I am using otrivin as a remedy. Is it good or bad. If bad suggest me some thing natural remedy for instant relief and long run solution please.

You may have deflected nasal septum and you need surgery . Daily use of any nasal drops like otrivin is not good
