Hi Sir, I am 26 years old female. Have bleeding hemorrhoids problem since a year. Taken medicine like osil 500 and laxatives. No relief what to do?

Proctoscopy and staging of piles is needed if its stage 3/4 you need surgery if 1/2 you need conservative management which include sitz bath few medicines and laxatives.

Don?t use laxative on daily basis. It will be difficult in future to do without them. N slowly dosage will increase. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation Maintain active life style Curd is good for u. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods For details you can contact me.
