My husband aged 31, has been diagnosed with ulcerative-colitis and he is in medication since January 2018. He had the symptom of passing small amount of blood in stool. After medication the symptom stopped showing but from the last two weeks, the symptoms started showing up again.

Ulcerative colitis is causes due to improper digestion and unhealthy, spicy, oily food, constipation etc so 1st he should take care of his diet it should be rich in fiber, nutrient, green vegetable, etc: he should �Drink a glass of buttermilk (takra) with 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, a pinch of roasted cumin seed powder and rock salt to taste. Consume twice a day. And avoid all causitive factor, take ayurvedic treatment to deeroot this problem he can start kutaj ghan vati, udumbhar kwath, nagkeshar and lodhar ch etc consult in chat box for more details.
