I am a teenager last I checked my fasting blood sugar levels is 94 before 3 months now it is 97 is it any things to worry usually I get low sleep.

Dear lybrateuser, -Take precautions to lower your blood sugar level: - have more of fibre containing foods such as fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, reduce amount of carbohydrates in the form of refined foods, increase proteins & healthy fats in the diet - restrict deep-fried, processed and junk foods, also saturated & trans fats containing foods - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, pushups, pullups, crunches & yoga to keep fit & to lower the sugar level - try to sleep for at least 7-8 hrs at night as a good nights sleep helps for a better blood sugar control.

Hello, Thanks for the query. The blood glucose levels mentioned (both) are absolutely normal. There is no reason to worry. Getting less sleep has nothing to with this. If you do regular exercise and maintain regular timing of sleeping that should help. Thanks.
