Hi, I?m a 22 year old female. Last year, I had an episode of chlamydia (for 2 or 3 months.) I did?t have any additional symptoms during or after. However, I now have a lower right abdominal ache, that?s constant. I?ve had a normal pelvic exam and I?ve been referred for an ultrasound Incase it?s a ovarian cyst. Is it possible it could be a hydrosalpinx or PID? I?m terrified I?ll be infertile.
