My UPT is positive. This is first pregnancy. I'm suggested to take folic acid and duphaston 10 mg twice a day. Is it safe to use during first trimester.

Yes colic acid is safe. Infact you should take this. But I don?t know why your doctor prescribed duphaston. Did you have any problem in conceiving. Or are you having a history of abortion. If no please ask your doctor.
