I am 31 years old female recently I met with a car accident my left hand had several wound major is on wrist I lost the mass in that area and car glasses is there in that part .In the emergency room doctor taken out some pieces of the glass but still in the X-ray it is showing some forensic bodies are there then I underwent surgery in that maximum numbers of glass pieces are taken out but still 2 pieces are there pls suggest me that right treatment as the doctor suggested me plastic surgery.
