Testicular cancer detected. Orchitomy done and later PET CT and tumor marker confirm no further cells r present so doctor choose surveillance. After 2 months in tumor marker test AFP, HCG came normal but LDH is 207. What to do now?

Hi Lybrate user. Your disease seems to be in remission as the Timor markers and imaging are normal. LDH is not specific to testicular cancer. Surveillance is advised.
