Hi sir, I had sex with unknown person without condom on November 25th 2018. But I have a doubt about HIV. After the 28 days I had conduct the HIV PCR test and treated test they are showing the result is in PCR test 3.6 copies/ml and treated test shows negative and CD 4 count is 800 please explain about that sir please.
