I'm 21, male and have genital warts (near the urethral meatus) for the past one year. Was prescribed Podowart 20%, and have tried Imiquad too. It helped a lot, and the size of the wart has reduced considerably but it's not completely gone. In fact, it keeps growing back! Medical history includes, Primary Syphilis, diagnosed 7 months ago, for which I was treated successfully with Benzathine Penicillin. Currently, HIV 1,2: negative VDRL: negative, TPHA: positive. Also It's kinda freaking me out, little bit worried as its been a while. I was recently advised to go for surgery or laser treatment, which I'm unwilling to go for. Because of the complications and low success rate, of getting rid of it permanently. So, I'm looking for some treatment in homeopathy for genital warts. Also, I came across a medicine called Thuja 200 CH (dose: 2 drops, two times a day for a month or so) So, please prescribe some medicine to me, considering the case, not only the medicine but also the dosing information please. Also, if there are any side effects of the treatment and when to stop the treatment! Thanks :)

It's similar to prescription medications that use acidic ingredients to kill off the virus. You can soak a Q-tip, cotton ball, or gauze in apple cider vinegar and apply it to the warts.
