I am a 17 years old female, I have small cysts (brown on the top and off-white throughout) protruding out from near the clitoris, very slightly swollen skin surrounding it. I've read about vaginal cysts but that doesn't seem to be the case. Can be removed, looks like accumulation of fluid. I have whitish vaginal discharge after periods and that stops when nearing periods. I used to take medications for PCOS, stopped since a year. No irritation or itching from it. Please suggest home remedies or medicines regarding the same.

Use vaginal wash Baking soda can also be used applying for 5 minutes after wetting the area But why not visit a Gynecologist to clear all doubts and take proper therapy.
