Normally patients with age >60y needs to undergo coloscopy to rule out colorectal cancer upon findings of piles. At your age I don't think you need to worry at all.

I don?t think there is chance of converting piles into cancer. For piles treatment do this Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation Maintain active life style Curd is good for u. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods For details you can contact me.
