My daughter is 3 years old. She was having mild cold for more than 10 days and got fever which went to 101-102 so I gave her calpol 250 mg 2 doses in 6 hrs gap giver went away also started giving Sinarest AF continued for 4 days Now fever is not there. Mild cold is there. She has got dry cough now. She is coughing badly. I am giving her honey and ginger juice but no effect. Please suggest dry cough remedy. Night time sometime it becomes worst due to coughing she has vomited once.
