I'm 19 years old Female, having issues with my neck back pain since 1 years no one is able to find out the real reason behind it. When I hold 2 kg I feel pressure at my back middle of neck, I can't sit for long & work in front of laptop or study. I often have bones crackles and muscle spasm in neck specially. Please help me out what is happening with me sir?

U have vitamin d deficiency and lack of muscle strength. Take proper protein food.

Avoid sitting in one posture for long periods. Keep neck straight. Do Neck strengthening exercises. Avoid using big pillows. U can use cervical pillow. Get your serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase and serum vit D3 level, serum B12 levels checked. Lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables.
