My sugar levels are 125/172. Presently using GLUCORYL M1 in early hours with empty stomach. Shall I continue forever. Pl advise me.

At present your sugar level is sllghtly on the higher side. After medicatin. Idealy you should try to maintain at the level fastinf 80-90. And pp below 130-140. Maintain your wt. And consult your treating physician to regularie the medicinal doses. Dont self medicate.
