I am trying to conceive, my doctor prescribed ovaries plus for 30 days and letrozole (letsi) for 5 days, to start from CD3. I am bit nervous about the side effects of these medications. I have done some test recently all are normal, namely Pelvic sonography, HSG, AMH test, thyroid, diabetes, prolactin, CBC, my AMH is 6, Haemoglobin is 13. My husband has done semen analysis as well that report is also normal. Please tell me, what is keeping me away from being pregnant. My biggest concern is I have Scanty period, period last for only 1-2 days maximum. Do you think this as the reason? Please help. Should I try naturally for some more time before taking any medication. I am 29 years old and I have normal body weight.

If your amh is normal, you don't need to take ovaries plus. However, you can take letsi and do ovulation monitoring. This is supposed to give monofollicular development and also does not have any deleterious effects on the endometrium. If endometrial thickness is normal, you need not worry about the menstrual flow.
