I have congested nose and clogged ear and usually get confusion. Can I use xylometazoline to unblock my nose?

Dear Lybrateuser, -Do steam inhalation twice a day - you can use xylometazoline drop but only for 3-4 days, prolonged use cause weakening of nasal mucosa & hence chronic infection - consult an entire specialist for proper management.
