I am bangladeshi. I am 21 years old. I have found tongue frenulum and penis frenulum. I don't know the reason that what causes I have been attacked by frenulum. Everyday I used steroid cream and complete stretching exercise but I am not cure. I want treatment by surgery to my tongue and penis both. How much money needed for this action?
