Hello- The fat in milk has various female hormones (such as estrogen) and according to the research, full-fat milk lowers testosterone. Milk still has good nutrients in it like calcium, protein and vitamin D, but it may be a good idea to keep it skim if you want to continue drinking it. But since you have diabetes, it can affect your T levels more than milk.
