Take the mifepristone (the big pill) orally depending upon the gestational age after 1 to 3 days, you can?t go wrong with 48 hours take the four misoprostol pills (the smaller pills) - you can take them either buccally (2 each placed on the sides of the cheek) or if you are comfortable - take them vaginally. Vaginal application of misoprostol shortens the time needed for the termination of the gestation by its facilitating effect on cervical dilatation. Remove any iud before vaginal application. The terminated fetus should get ejected within four hours of consumption. Please ensure that you have access to medical care available in case of heavy blood loss.
