I have been using apple cider vinegar past 15 days as prescribed by a doctor here for curing ringworm. It has been effective. Also, I am taking itraconazole 200 mg. But the problem is as it is getting cured it is also spreading. What do I do? It has been 3 months since this problem begun. I also apply lobate gm.

Hi ringworm is caused by superficial fungus called dermatophytes. This problem requires antifungal medication tablets r ointment depending on extent of lesion. In your case tab itraconazole full course to be taken along with precautions like avoiding sweating n avoid wearing wet clothes and treatimg all contacts in family. More importantly please stop using lobate gm as it z a steroid cream and it causes more bad effects making fungus spread more n become resistant to treatment even though t gives temporary relief. Please stop t and use itraconazole with ointments like dk gel for good results.
