I had my last period on Dec 17 (started date) and had sex on Dec 22nd. Then I got something brackish red like spotting on my pants on 18th of Jan with little cramp. Still now I haven't got my periods back. I am afraid. Am I prevent? If yes wt should I do. Within home itself to prevent it. please reply soon.
