I am 24 male recently from 3 month. I have been suffering from anal fissure with skin tag and from past 3 month I have been taking medication like applying creme gel ointment after sits bath and 90% of the tear has been healed and today very small stool passed hard and tear occurred again in direct direction at same position 6'0 clock previously same happened like this it recur again at same position why it is happening like that please help I am so much worried about this. please help me.
