I am suffering from positional vertigo ago 3 years I am taking tablet cinnarizine, dimenhydrinate. Ct scan is normal and I also consults ent specialist he said that this is ear disturbance. Vertigo coming when I am turns back. What is the causes of this please guide me and help me. Thank you.
