Hi I am suffering from spinal tuberculosis and I am taking medicines from the past 7 months for the first 4 months I have taken akt4 and ciplox500 and after 4months I have get mri done in that I got improvement and from the last 3 months my doc has reduce my medicine to only rcinex 600+300 mg now again I am facing some symptoms like nausea and my diet has also reduced is that normal I got my blood tested in that all reports are normal my esr level is 10 please suggest me what should I do should my doc needs to increase medications? Please help me.

Rule out drug induced hepatitis by getting lft done. You was on wrong advise as ciplox need not be added for first 4 month. Pza in akt4 need to be taken only for 2 months. You need addition of ethambutol to rcinex in continuation phase.
