Hi Sir, I am 53 years old, I have diabetes and high bp and enlarged prostate. I use telmisartan 40 and amlodipine 5 for bp and its in control, no complaint. For sugar I use ilet b1 and that under control. Prostate is ok too and I use urimax daily. My sexual desire has decreased, thats ok with age I believe, but my concern is with erection. When I perform sex I get strong erection when I start foreplay but it loses its strength with time, although I am able to perform sex and ejaculate too. I was advised to use viagra 50, small dose! which I haven't. Advice if I can do so or any other Ayurveda assistance is available.
