I have severe sinusitis from past 3 month. I have taken medication: *montelukast every day past 3 month *antibiotics augmentin 625 for 30 days (10 days each month) *nasal spray (1. Saline 2. Azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone propionate nasal spray) * cetirizine every day but still having same symptoms when not taken medicine for one day: headache, heaviness in ears sometimes pain nose congestion, heaviness in throat (no soreness, only heaviness feeling like something in throat), whitish phlegm, face heaviness do not have any cough please suggest some treatment or medication which foods to eat or avoid? Please give your valuable suggestions.
