I am taking glycomet 500 mg once a day since 3 years and twice a day from one month. Can I take amul camel milk also along with it as they are saying it's having insulin. Any side effects.

1) are your sugars normal with glycomet 500 mg bd dose? 2) camel milk is very rich in vitamin c and iron. It also has some proteins which have antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties. 3) it has some amount of insulin but how much benefit it gives is still a matter of contraversy.
