I always suffer from cold after every 3 or 4 months which lasts upto 10days. What precautions should I take?

My dear young boy, frequent cold episodes, means you are allergic to various allergens, now a days it can be easily detected by allergy profile full. And take sufficient precautions. Improve your immunity and energy with dry fruits, haldi milk, other health supplements. Test for blood sugar also.
