My brother aged 63 year old felt CVA haemorrage at basal ganglia size about 4.2 * 2.3 two month back on 9th august 2015. Now he is conscious/alert but left side paralysis is same. What is the prognosis what is the best treatment now.

Your brother's hemorrhagic cva most likely resulted from uncontrolled bp. Most important treatment is to control bp strictly now and in future. Regarding his left side weakness, improvement can be only achieved by aggressive physiotherapy.
