Hello. 1..Regarding govt's ART Center. yes, you can get free ARVs from govts ART center. First you will need to get registered in the center. Than all needed procedure will be done to provide ART . The center may not have same brand but Govt' s ART center provide quality assured meds and follow WHO adapted guidelines. 2...For HIV negative status. once confirmed HIV positive by validated tests - it will never become HIV negative. what will happen with ART is that viral replication will be suppressed and viral load will become undetected but tht doesnt mean HIV Negative. please do consult any HIV spl online or in person for further advice.
