I am 69 years old diabetic and hypertension patient and on insulin 30 units lantus (since 3 years) at bedtime for the past 28 years. Since 5 months I am am not getting erection unless I take suhagra. What should I do?

Hello, thanks for the query. Ed is the most common complication seen diabetes. If diabetes is present for many years, there is a definite damage to micro vasculature supplying penile muscles. This is an irreversible change. This happens even when diabetes is very well controlled. So the only alternative is to use drugs like sildenafil as when needed. Thanks.
