My aunt has pain in palm and numbness in finger .doctor has prescribed typlin 10 which is used for depression but he says it is useful in for numbness too. Is it ok to have it?

Yes lybrate-user wt ever the doctor said is correct. Your aunt may be having cts (carpal tunnel syndrome ),i e one if the nerve might be compressed around the wrist joint. Next time evaluate for that if she will not improve with the medication.

Yes he is right. This can be used for numbness. You should trust the doctor whom you are consulting, otherwise no need to consult him. Go to some other doctor. It takes 15+ years to become good doctor and you can't become the same with google. Thanks.
