Due to severe body pain and foot swelling two weeks back gp advised to check serum uric acid and found to be 8.9 mg/dl. Bp was 140/100. Given febutaz 40 mg and asked to repeat uric acid test after 2 weeks and now the value is 7.1 mg /dl. Now having ankles swelling in both legs and frequent numbness accompanied by pin pricking feeling in both legs. Also having back pain. Also having uneasiness while breathing especially at night. Diastolic bp remains 100 do I need further medical consultation. Other medicines: cilacar 20 mg telmisartan 80 mg thyronorm 50 mcg current tsh is 1.73.
